Manages properties that have completed the foreclosure process and are considered real estate owned (REO) properties. Manages the resale of such properties and responsible for all external relationships in regard to the property. Supports all aspects related to the management of a newly assigned or transferred asset. Administers a residential REO asset portfolio national in scope from foreclosure or Deed in Lieu to liquidation of the asset. May be responsible for monitoring for redemption/ confirmation, property preservation, collateral review, occupancy inspections, relocation assistance, sales contract negotiations and following up as needed in order to maintain timelines. Provides customer service to internal/external customers and provides support to Real Estate Officers and Management.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related experience in real estate owned properties environment
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of real estate legal principles, title work and closing documents, equity analysis and lien position, banking terms, accounting, economics, financial statement, strategic planning and real estate appraisal methodologies
- Basic knowledge of the Foreclosure/REO process
- Ability to manage a high volume of properties and ability/confidence to make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail oriented, self-sufficient, and works well under pressure
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, banks internal systems and internet navigation
