We are looking for a motivated licensed Real Estate Agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience as great as it should be for our clients. Responsibilities:
Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
Working with and converting inbound leads (seller and buyers) that are generated from phone calls, internet marketing, print marketing and referrals
Availability to show properties to potential buyers located throughout the Washoe Area
Experience in completing, interpreting and evaluating market analysis on properties
Knowledge and ability to search the MLS to provide additional information to clients (availability, comps, pricing, etc.)
Generating and executing contracts using Loops in eEdge or Instanet
Knowledge in the following computer programs, websites and applications, but not limited to: eEdge, Instanet, DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Social Media and Supra lockboxes
Continuing to provide our established and recognized award-winning customer service!
Respond to and qualify Incoming Web and Phone inquiries
Market to potential clients through social media, drip system, and direct mail
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
Negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Required Skills and Experience:
2 years minimum of experience in Real Estate
Mac / PC knowledge
Social media and marketing skills to acquire more leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Positive Attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Outstanding customer service skills
Proactive problem-solver; able to see potential problems and address them before they cause issues
licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada and in good standing with the Nevada Real Estate Division
Valid driver s license, reliable automobile and current auto insurance
