The preservation kept growing as we looked for more work for the crews. We began occupancy inspections to fill the routes of the preservation crews. We now cover 5 states completing about 30,000 inspection orders per month throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan. We also cover the entire state of Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio with preservation services.

Wanted!!! Occupancy Inspector

We have an immediate need for reliable, goal oriented individuals to complete occupancy inspections in different counties in Kentucky. Our pay scale is based on volume and normal compensation ranges.
JHR is currently hiring in the following counties in Kentucky: Hopkins, Muhlenberg, Ohio, McLean, Union, Henderson, Daviess and Webster
Our company completes an average of 30,000 inspections over 5 different states every month. With our score from our client being almost 100%, we are looking for competitive people that want to help us achieve our goals and keep our ratings the highest they can be.
No Experience Necessary.
Equipment required: Camera, GPS, Internet access and Fuel efficient vehicle
Job requirements:
Drive by the addresses provided and determine occupancy of the property. Provide photos and order form for each address via our website. The orders are coming from mortgage companies checking on the status of the properties. Photos and information are due 4-6 days from assignment.
Daily communication with office is required by phone or email.
Process Overview:
As addresses are received from our client, they are assigned to the inspector by zipcode via our website. The driver receives an e-mail notification that work has been put in their queue.
The inspector is responsible to log on to the system, route the work to be completed and submit the work back via website by the due date. The work volume depends on an inspector's specific territory, however it is normally expected that an inspector can cover 20-30 inspections per day in rural areas, and 45-70 in major cities.
This is a subcontractor position, receiving a xxxx for taxes.
Payment Schedule:
Payment to be paid weekly by electronic deposit. Work is paid approximately two weeks after submission.
Pay is per order, no additional allowance for gas.
