Mortgage Reviewer Synico Staffing is hiring a temporary Mortgage Reviewer for a fortune 200 banking institute in Owensboro,KY. Pay Rate:$11.50/hr. Reviews and analyzes loans to ensure they were cancelled for the correct reason. Validates information. Provides a variety of staff support services for an assigned group or manager to relieve manager of administrative detail. Collects and analyzes data, maintains records and databases, and prepares specialized reports using a variety of PC based software. Processes confidential information and documents. Organizes filing systems, answers phones, photocopies documents, prepares correspondence and documents, shreds documents. Loan experience preferred. Mortgage Reviewer Mortgage Reviewer Demonstrated administrative, secretarial and clerical skills. PC literacy in word processing, spread sheets and graphics required. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data. Requires good verbal and written communication skills and good grammatical skills First 2 weeks will be on first shift for training. After 2 weeks, shift is 3pm-9pm and Saturdays if they want the extra hrs. Do not resubmit any candidates not willing to work 2nd shift. Hours: M-F 3pm to 9pm Mortgage Reviewer
